(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond man accused of molesting an elementary-school age family member was returned to the Wayne County Jail from north central Indiana on Tuesday.  Antonio Cosner is now being held on a $35,000 bond.  So far, Cosner refused to speak with investigators about the allegations, but he has confirmed that he is HIV positive.  An initial hearing for Cosner is pending.
