(Richmond, IN)--Two young Richmond men were taken into custody late Saturday night.  It happened near the intersection of State Road 227 and Smyrna Road.  Both 19-year-old Joshua Duncan and 21-year-old David Tomlin are charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.  That’s often the charge that’s applied when shots are fired.  Details of exactly what happened are not yet available.  Investigators say alcohol was a factor.
