(Richmond, IN)--There’s been no update on the identity or condition of a juvenile who was struck by a car in Richmond on Saturday.  It happened near Sylvan Nook Drive and Park Lane.  The victim has been identified as an 11-year-old girl.  She was riding an e-scooter when she was struck.  The girl was taken to Reid Health.  Scanner traffic indicated that a medical helicopter was called and that she was taken to Dayton Children’s Hospital.  There has no indication that anyone has been charged in connection with the incident.  The driver remained on the scene after the accident and there was no indication that drugs or alcohol were a factor with that driver.
