(Wayne County, IN)--Monday begins the week leading up to primary Election Day on May 5, and that means the locations in which you can cast a ballot has expanded.  Four vote centers are opening Monday across Wayne County, and will be open each day this week from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m.  Those four include the First Bank Kuhlman Center and First English Lutheran Church in Richmond, the Golay Center in Cambridge City, and the Hagerstown New Testament Church.  Ballots can also still be cast at the Wayne County Courthouse.
