(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond woman arrested two years ago for dealing the drugs that led to an overdose death received a relatively short prison sentence in a hearing Monday.  Shelly Maiden was sentenced to three years in prison Monday after the more serious charge was dismissed in exchange for a guilty plea to reckless homicide, which is a lower-level felony.  At the time of her arrest, RPD Chief Kyle Weatherly called it the first arrest of its kind in Wayne County and one that confirms the dedication to going after those who spread dangerous drugs in the community.
