(Richmond, IN)--One adult was jailed after an incident at the Wayne County Fair on Saturday.  Multiple juveniles were involved in a fight near the entrance.  According to scanner traffic, about five people were involved in a fight that spilled out onto Salisbury Road.  One adult was taken into custody.  He is 22-year-old William Booker.  Booker is charged with a felony for allegedly battering a public safety official.
