Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood could be the poster couple for a strong friendship leading to an even stronger marriage. The duo met before either of their country music careers took off, and toured together for years once they hit top music charts. They actually met while recording a demo in 1987. Brooks says the spark was immediate, but it would be nearly 15 years before the couple started dating publicly, and 18 after meeting until they decided to tie the knot!

The couple regularly has date nights and rarely spend time apart, despite their busy individual careers. They were sure to make it a priority in their marriage to not be apart for much time at all. In fact, they've gone on record saying that they maybe spend 5 days apart all year! Trisha refers to Garth as the love of her life, and there will be an endless effort on both ends to make their marriage last.
